Research Coordinator

Riverside Insights builds research-backed assessments that help educators and clinicians understand each learner's unique strengths and needs. We are seeking a Research Coordinator to manage the operational aspects of our expanding studies, including participant recruitment, IRB compliance, and translating study data into validity evidence for our products.

This is a hands-on role for someone eager to take ownership early in their research career. You will serve as the primary point of contact for study participants, ensure IRB submissions and consent documentation are compliant, and contribute to research summaries that inform our Product teams. Collaboration with Research, Customer Success, and Marketing teams will be key, balancing operational rigor with curiosity to translate findings into actionable resources.

You will report to the Senior Research Associate.

Core Responsibilities

• Recruit research participants across Riverside’s product lines, managing outreach and study completion.
• Prepare and maintain IRB submissions, renewals, and consent documentation to meet human subjects protection requirements.
• Coordinate study execution, including scheduling, data collection, and participant follow-up.
• Generate validity evidence by contributing to research outputs and summaries for product teams.
• Administer participant incentives, tracking eligibility and processing stipend disbursements accurately.
• Support R&D initiatives through literature reviews and conference submissions.
• Assist with user acceptability testing and quality control for assessments.
