⭐ Compensation:
This is a non-exempt, W2 hourly position with a clinical rate of $40–$54/hour, covering both direct sessions and documentation time.
⭐ Schedule and Flexibility:
Design your own schedule around your needs and lifestyle. Our clients typically seek services after 3:30 PM weekdays and early mornings/afternoons on weekends. A minimum of 7 hours of total availability per week is required.

⭐ What You’ll Do:
Provide remote speech therapy sessions/evaluations for a diverse pediatric population.
Develop evidence-based, personalized care plans using Expressable’s clinical tools and platform.
Deliver outcomes-focused care through meaningful collaboration and caregiver engagement.
Monitor client progress and adjust care plans to support successful clinical outcomes.
Complete all documentation accurately and on time.
Participate in required training, clinical learning opportunities, and team communication.
Provide coverage for PTO and sick leave to ensure care continuity.
⭐ Requirements:
CCC-SLP (ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence) and individual NPI number.
Licensed in a key state (or willingness to obtain prior to start date).
Reliable internet connection and comfort with teletherapy platforms.
Minimum 1 year of post-CF experience in pediatric settings.
Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems independently.
Familiarity with insurance-based or Medicaid populations.
