At Life Skill Autism Academy, a division of Centria Autism, our Telehealth BCBAs lead center-based ABA therapy services virtually for children ages 12 and under. Compensation and Incentives:

Let’s Talk! We know that outstanding clinical quality is invaluable, and we are ready to compensate accordingly. We invite all applicants to share their salary expectations, and we are fully prepared to tailor a package that reflects your unique clinical experience and value.

This position offers:

  • Base salary $85,000 - $95,000 (negotiable based on experience).
  • Signing bonus.
  • Monthly and weekly bonus structure averaging $1,000 or more per month!

Your Role & Impact as a BCBA

  • Lead ABA therapy delivery within a collaborative, in-center environment.
  • Provide daily support and guidance to Behavior Technicians to ensure clinical excellence.
  • Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles.
  • Engage parents during scheduled on-site training sessions to drive meaningful progress.
  • Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making.
