About the Role

We are seeking a results-oriented and strategic-minded Regional Sales Manager to lead our “go to market” efforts in NYC territory. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and executing sales strategies, building and nurturing relationships with key customer stakeholders, and expanding our customer base within multiple vertical markets for application, cloud, and infrastructure security. Leveraging your expertise in cybersecurity solutions and your proven track record in sales leadership, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating the adoption of our platform and driving business success.

What You’ll Do

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive sales campaigns, from initial prospecting to negotiating terms and conditions, that drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets within the assigned region.

  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key prospects and customers, from C-level security executives to security practitioners and leadership levels between, to understand their needs and position our platform as the solution of choice.

  • Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region, including enterprise accounts, technology companies, and strategic partnerships.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales leadership and other internal teams, including partnerships, marketing, product management, and customer success, to ensure alignment and drive customer success.

  • Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Utilize CRM tools and sales analytics to regularly track progress, forecast revenue, and provide regular reporting on sales performance and pipeline activity.

  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in cybersecurity, providing insights and recommendations to inform sales strategies.

Must-Haves

  • Must possess active, referenceable relationships with top channel partners (e.g., GuidePoint, WWT, Gotham, Consortium, Optiv, etc.) with a history of joint deal execution and verified win references.

  • Proven enterprise security sales experience with $500K–$1M+ deals into Fortune 500 accounts, ideally in application, cloud, and/or infrastructure security solutions.

  • 10+ years of enterprise sales experience, with consistent quota achievement — ideally multiple years at 100%+ with evidence of being a top performer.

  • Demonstrated ability to generate your own pipeline and break into new accounts, not just inherit established territory, with a clear plan to attack a wide territory with several customers and many opportunities.

  • Experience navigating complex sales involving CISOs, security leadership, procurement, partners, and multiple stakeholders, with a clear grasp of discovery to understand prospective customers’ needs and tailor solutions effectively.

  • Has successfully sold a new or disruptive platform where category education was part of the sale.

  • Demonstrated success with the largest accounts in the NYC territory.

  • Strong references from former managers, peers, SEs, and ideally customers.

  • High velocity, competitive, entrepreneurial, and comfortable operating without extensive infrastructure — thrives in a startup, fast-paced, dynamic, quota-driven environment.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders.

  • Ability to efficiently follow up and qualify leads from many sources.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.

Strong Preferences

  • 10–15 years of enterprise sales experience.

  • Track record at successful, high-growth security companies such as CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, Zscaler, Wiz, or similar companies with strong startup sales pedigree.

  • Existing CISO relationships within the territory.

  • Experience selling vulnerability management, exposure management, AppSec, cloud security, or adjacent platforms.

  • Experience taking a company from roughly our stage through significant scale.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

Why You’ll Love It

  • Career Growth Opportunities: We believe in promoting from within and provide career progression paths, enabling our employees to advance in their careers.

  • Work-Life Balance: We understand the importance of a healthy work-life balance, offering flexible hours and remote work options to promote a sustainable lifestyle.

  • Collaborative Environment: Our company fosters a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture, where employees can collaborate and learn from each other’s experiences.

  • Employee Recognition: We value and recognize the contributions of our team members through awards, employee of the month programs, and other forms of acknowledgment.

  • Competitive Compensation: We offer competitive salaries and performance-based bonuses, recognizing and rewarding the hard work and dedication of our team.

  • Comprehensive Benefits: Our benefits package includes health insurance for employees and dependents, to support the overall well-being of our employees. We encourage learning and upskilling.

  • Diversity and Inclusion: We are committed to diversity and inclusion, striving to create an environment where all employees feel valued, respected, and empowered.

ArmorCode (operating under armorcode.com) is a highly decorated cybersecurity leader specializing in Application Security Posture Management (ASPM) and Unified Exposure Management. Founded in 2020 by enterprise security innovators Niko Bunjac and Ameya Talwalkar, the company serves as an agentic AI control plane designed to tackle the overwhelming noise generated by fragmented security infrastructures. Rather than acting as a standalone code or infrastructure scanner, ArmorCode integrates seamlessly with over 375 third-party security, infrastructure, and DevOps tools—such as Wiz, Prisma Cloud, GitHub, and Jira—to ingest, normalize, and deduplicate billions of multi-source vulnerability signals into a single operational interface. At the heart of its architecture is the Context Risk Graph, an advanced correlation engine that goes far beyond basic CVSS severe rankings by mapping threat intelligence against live business logic, asset ownership, and exposure pathways to highlight immediate, high-impact risks. To assist enterprises wading through complex digital transformations and developer ecosystems, ArmorCode developed Anya, the industry's first specialized agentic AI framework tailored for enterprise exposure management. Anya delivers automated, LLM-enriched remediation guidance directly to engineering teams within their native code repositories and ticketing layers, drastically shortening mean-time-to-remediation (MTTR) and removing historical friction between DevSecOps and development groups. The platform also features comprehensive Software Supply Chain Security (SSCS), dynamic SBOM tracking, and dedicated AI Exposure Management (AIEM) modules that actively monitor and govern sanctioned versus shadow AI usage. Named a definitive Industry Leader in the IDC MarketScape ASPM Vendor Assessment, ArmorCode protects premier global organizations like NetApp, Shutterfly, and S&P Global. Backed by marquee venture institutions including Highland Capital Partners, Ballistic Ventures, and NGP Capital, the company has secured approximately $81 million in total funding—including a strategic capital injection in March 2026—solidifying its presence across major global enterprise accounts.
