Position Overview
We are seeking a high-accountability, customer-obsessed Regional Sales Director to lead our Northern Europe Enterprise sales team. In this strategic management track, you will take absolute ownership of an elite squad of Enterprise Account Executives driving business growth, net-new logo acquisitions, and revenue expansion across Denmark and Finland. Reporting directly to the Regional Vice President of Sales, you will operate as an executive sponsor to model complex sales forecasts, drive joint partner strategies, and pitch Zero Trust value propositions confidently to senior cross-functional enterprise buyers.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Talent Development: Recruit, hire, headhunt, and cultivate world-class enterprise sales talent while championing an inclusive culture that embraces deep DE&I metrics.
- Predictive Forecast Modeling: Accurately analyze and forecast account metrics on monthly, quarterly, and annual intervals, while designing tailored professional development roadmaps for each sales representative.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner tightly alongside internal Product Marketing, Product Management, Demand Generation, and senior executive stakeholders to optimize regional pipeline metrics.
- Channel Partner Governance: Act as the primary executive sponsor for marquee localized channel partners, Value-Added Resellers (VARs), and high-volume distribution nodes to generate joint pipeline goals and close complex enterprise cycles.
- Strategic Discovery & Execution: Navigate seamlessly between macro go-to-market strategy and hands-on client execution, diagnosing deep security pain points to position Zscaler as a business transformation catalyst.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of verified professional tracking history leading and scaling high-performing Enterprise sales or sales engineering squads within the software or corporate cybersecurity industries.
- Proven, demonstrable background consistently over-achieving against aggressive regional sales targets and gross revenue metrics.
- Extensive experience architecting joint commercial pipelines alongside tier-one external partners, value-added resellers (VARs), and strategic distributors.
- Outstanding interpersonal and verbal presentation skills, with a native capacity to navigate multi-stakeholder corporate closing loops.
- A positive, high-energy, solution-oriented mindset with deep resilience when solving complex customer business challenges.
- Location Context: Remote-first infrastructure flexibility with localized hybrid touchpoints open to qualified enterprise sales leaders residing anywhere within Denmark (responsible for managing accounts spanning Denmark and Finland).

- Deep conceptual understanding of global network security trends, cloud infrastructure migration, and how Zero Trust frameworks facilitate digital business transformations.
- Master-level proficiency in long-range strategic sales planning, multi-quarter territory configuration, and securing Fortune-500 net new logos.
- Proactive enthusiasm leveraging modern AI-assisted workflows and intelligent productivity tools to maximize corporate execution velocity.
