We are seeking an experienced Regional Recruiter to join our team on a 1 year contract. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of full-cycle recruiting across Engineering functions in the Asia Pacific region. You will partner closely with hiring managers to build high-performing teams and play a critical role in driving our company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Recruiting: Own end-to-end recruitment for Engineering roles across key APAC markets including India, Taipei, Singapore, Japan, and remote positions across the broader region.

  • Talent Sourcing: Leverage diverse channels — job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking events, and referrals — to identify and attract top-tier talent across multiple disciplines and markets.

  • Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough phone screens and interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit across technical, commercial, and corporate profiles.

  • Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate closely with hiring managers and business leaders across time zones to understand workforce needs and build tailored recruitment strategies by function and market.

  • Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a robust, diverse pipeline of qualified candidates for current and anticipated hiring needs across Engineering in all primary APAC locations.

  • Data & ATS Management: Keep candidate records accurate and current in our ATS, and use data to track pipeline health and report on recruiting metrics.

  • Offer Management: Lead offer negotiations and extensions across multiple markets, balancing candidate expectations with internal comp frameworks and local market norms.

  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activity adheres to company policy and the varying legal and regulatory requirements across APAC markets.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within the tech industry.

  • Demonstrated experience recruiting Software Engineering roles.

  • Hands-on recruiting experience across key APAC markets; familiarity with talent landscapes in India, Taiwan, Singapore, and/or Japan strongly preferred.

  • Comfort navigating multi-country hiring, including varying compensation norms, employment practices, and candidate expectations by market.

  • Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

  • Comfortable managing multiple open requisitions across time zones in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
