About Us
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Recruitment Team Leader to lead a team of recruiters supporting a US healthcare client. This role is responsible for driving recruitment performance, coaching and developing recruiters, managing day-to-day recruitment operations, and building strong relationships with client stakeholders.
The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong people management skills, a passion for recruitment, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Healthcare recruitment experience is highly advantageous, along with exposure to US or international recruitment.
The Role
Lead, mentor, coach, and develop a team of Recruiters.
- Conduct daily team huddles and regular one-on-one coaching sessions.
- Monitor recruiter productivity and provide ongoing performance feedback.
- Support the onboarding and training of new recruiters.
- Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and accountable team culture.
- Manage team attendance, leave, performance, and employee engagement.
- Identify development opportunities and implement individual development plans.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and quality across all hiring activities.
- Oversee recruiter workloads and ensure effective prioritisation of vacancies.
- Ensure vacancies are managed with urgency while maintaining quality standards.
- Review sourcing strategies and implement continuous improvements to recruitment processes.
- Drive proactive talent pipelining initiatives.
- Monitor recruitment workflows to ensure compliance with client processes, policies, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Identify operational challenges and implement solutions to improve recruitment performance.
- Ensure accurate and timely communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Marquis Health hiring managers and Talent Acquisition leadership.
- Attend operational meetings and recruitment review sessions.
- Provide recruitment updates, market insights, and hiring recommendations.
- Ensure client service standards and agreed service level agreements are consistently achieved.
- Escalate recruitment risks and challenges with practical, solution-focused recommendations.
Monitor and continuously improve key recruitment metrics, including:
- Time-to-Fill
- Time-to-Submit
- Candidate Pipeline Health
- Interview-to-Offer Ratio
- Offer Acceptance Rate
- Recruiter Productivity
- Fill Rate
- Candidate Experience
- Data Quality within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Analyse recruitment data to identify trends, eliminate bottlenecks, and implement actions that improve team performance.
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with US employment regulations, client requirements, and internal company policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Ensure all recruitment documentation is complete, accurate, and audit-ready.
- Prepare and submit recruitment reports to ReWorks and Marquis Health.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of candidate and client information.
- Support the implementation of new recruitment processes, systems, and initiatives.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 1 year's experience leading or supervising a recruitment team.
- Healthcare recruitment experience is highly advantageous.
- Experience supporting US recruitment or international recruitment is preferred.
- Experience working in a high-volume recruitment environment.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong computer literacy and confidence learning new recruitment technologies.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and processes.
- Experience with recruitment software and ATS platforms is advantageous.
