Recruiter (Contract)

About the Role: Allium is building the System of Record for Onchain Finance, ingesting, verifying, and standardizing data across 140+ blockchains. We are looking for a highly driven Recruiter (Contract) to own full-cycle recruiting across Engineering (backend, full-stack, infra, ML), GTM, and G&A roles during our earliest growth phase.

What You'll Do

• Own full-cycle recruiting and build a repeatable, data-driven hiring engine, including pipeline generation, interview loops, and closing strategies.
• Develop Allium's talent brand through outbound campaigns and creative sourcing.
• Collaborate with founders and hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
• Manage recruiting tools, ATS systems, and analytics, introducing scalable processes as we grow.
• Serve as a culture carrier, helping shape our hiring philosophy and operational rigor.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally including high-growth startup experience.
• A track record of building and operating early-stage recruiting systems from scratch in 0→1 environments.
• Strong sourcing abilities, especially outbound, with excellent storytelling and selling skills.
• Demonstrated ability to hire technical and GTM roles with high talent bars and influence senior candidates.
• Bonus: Experience in Web3/Crypto Native companies, setting up compensation frameworks, or employer branding.
