Position Overview

We are seeking a highly autonomous, outbound-driven, and process-minded Recruiter (India) to spearhead the talent acquisition strategy and scale our high-performing operations teams based out of Bengaluru, India. This role features a remote layout initially with a structured professional transition to full-time on-site workspace operations in our Bangalore office hub. Shifting completely away from routine standalone text copywriting logs, manual non-regulated administrative data filing entry, or low-level inbound helpdesk customer ticketing, you will manage an active talent sourcing, technical assessment validation, and human capital pooling laboratory. Partnering face-to-face with global hiring managers and executive leadership units across the United States, Europe, and India, you will claim complete ownership over full-cycle recruitment pipelines. This position requires an internal recruitment authority with 4+ years of history who guides candidate conversion loops fluidly natively using Recruiter and talent management systems, demonstrates deep familiarity with India’s competitive tech compensation indexes, leverages automated Applicant Tracking Systems, and maintains necessary evening flexibility to overlap with US and EU business hours for cross-regional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment Governance: Manage and execute the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from initial vacancy scoping and pipeline modeling through to complex wage negotiations and formal offer acceptance packages natively utilizing Recruiter methodologies.
  • Outbound Sourcing Instrumentation: Formulate, scale, and optimize innovative outbound candidate sourcing strategies across advanced professional mapping engines, selective passive networks, and direct industry referrals.
  • Cross-Regional Leadership Alignment: Partner directly with embedded global vertical heads across India, Europe, and the United States to calibrate persona requirements, run calibration sessions, and map strategic pipeline outcomes.
  • ATS Workflow Optimization: Maintain complete, uncompromised data hygiene, candidate scoring logs, and execution velocity trackings using advanced Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Ashby.
  • Vendor Relationship Management: Serve as the primary corporate point of contact for external professional consulting cells, specialized contingency recruiting agencies, and regional hiring vendors.
  • Candidate Experience Engineering: Architect an industry-leading, respectful, and crystal-clear candidate interview experience, managing interview coordination and initial onboarding handoffs.
  • Cross-Zone Schedule Syncing: Systematically adjust daily operating slots to provide necessary collaborative overlap with US and EU business hours for cross-functional pipeline updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • A minimum of 4+ years of proven, successful professional history operating inside a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Full-Cycle Recruiter, HR Generalist, or closely matching technical human resources capacity.
  • Deep India Landscape Literacy: Thorough, hands-on production history navigating the technical talent structures, professional services recruitment landscape, and fluid compensation trends across India.
  • Demonstrated capability managing multiple roles simultaneously under high-ownership, fast-paced startup growth timelines.
  • Expert tool literacy tracking workflows and automating candidate pipelines using a modern cloud Applicant Tracking System (such as Ashby or identical tools).
  • Outstanding written, verbal, and cross-cultural presentation communication strengths in English, with an established ability to interview, pitch solution blueprints, and close enterprise-grade consulting talent.
  • Mandatory Workspace and Authorization Parameters: Absolute legal authorization to work permanently within India without visa dependency, combined with full flexibility to operate out of our Bengaluru physical workspace following initial remote phases.
  • Location Context: Position operates under hybrid parameters open exclusively to qualified talent acquisition professionals residing permanently inside or willing to relocate to Bengaluru, India.

Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)

  • Prior experience or direct domain recruitment history sourcing professionals for technology consulting, high-end private equity software advisory, elite professional services, or enterprise B2B SaaS spaces.
  • Familiarity with leveraging modern AI-assisted outreach automation tools to personalize cold recruitment copy pipelines and scale sourcing output.
  • Agile startup pedigree, with a track record of expanding domestic engineering or consulting offices from 0-to-1 operational scale.
