We care about our team members. That’s why we offer:

  • Medical insurance coverage (Medical, Dental, Vision)
  • Work/life balance - We mean it! 17 days of personal time off (PTO), 12 holidays observed annually, and 6 sick days
  • 401K savings + match
  • Comprehensive compensation package including base pay and bonus
  • And additional benefits!

On the day-to-day, you will:

  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, helping managers find, hire, and retain quality candidates
  • Manage the candidate experience throughout the hiring process, from initial contact to interview preparation to final-offer negotiation
  • Develop relationships with managers and executives and build a solid understanding of their departments, hiring needs, and job specifications, ensuring strong service delivery and outcomes
  • Design, refine, and implement innovative recruitment strategies to meet the hiring needs of stakeholders
  • Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative strategies to find quality candidates and prospects for new business
  • Build WelbeHealth’s employment brand by being an ambassador on social media, recruitment platforms, and across markets and networks
  • Build and maintain pipelines of active and passive candidates

Job requirements include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field; professional experience may be substituted
  • Minimum of 3 years of full lifecycle recruitment experience in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with increasing scope and responsibilities
  • Minimum of 2 years of executive recruiting experience specifically supporting Vice President, Senior Director, or other executive-level leadership roles
  • Demonstrated ability to source, engage, and successfully recruit passive executive candidates through multiple channels
  • Demonstrated success managing senior leadership (including C-suite) and hiring manager expectations, delivering outstanding customer service and serving as a strategic partner
  • Demonstrated success creating sourcing and pipelining strategies to fill a variety of roles
  • Prior experience in an agency environment plus in-house recruiting preferred

We are seeking a Recruiter who is proactive, collaborative, and passionate about connecting exceptional leaders with meaningful opportunities. The ideal candidate brings strong full lifecycle recruiting experience, exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, and the ability to serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership and hiring executives. Experience recruiting executive-level talent and senior leadership roles is essential. If you enjoy solving complex executive recruiting challenges, engaging passive talent, building strong executive pipelines, and creating an exceptional experience for candidates and stakeholders, we’d love to hear from you!
