Position Summary
We are currently hiring for a highly analytical and execution-driven Quantitative Trader who specializes in proprietary trading strategies and algorithmic trading infrastructure. This tactical role requires a professional who can effortlessly navigate the structural complexities of the digital asset markets, manage real-time portfolios with absolute precision, and design low-latency tools to support the firm's multi-tier trading objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Trade Execution & Optimization: Execute large-scale client and proprietary trades, optimizing routing parameters for best execution while mitigating market impact and maintaining strict discretion.
- Quantitative Strategy Formulation: Develop, backtest, and implement quantitative mathematical trading models aligned with market arbitrage loops and macro client goals.
- Liquidity & Trend Analytics: Conduct statistical analysis on high-frequency order books, historical telemetry, and asset liquidity depths to guide enterprise risk positions.
- Real-Time Risk Management: Continuously assess, monitor, and mitigate active exposure risks across volatile asset landscapes for both the firm and its partners.
- Algorithmic Automation Infrastructure: Create and optimize low-latency programmatic tools and scripts to automate high-velocity execution layers.
- Regulatory Enforcement: Ensure all executed market strategies and internal algorithmic pathways explicitly adhere to localized financial regulations and internal compliance bounds.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Financial Engineering, or related discipline) with a solid foundation in trading algorithms.
- Proven professional track record in quantitative trading, market making, or institutional client execution within crypto or similar electronic financial markets.
- Elite programming proficiency in low-level systems languages—specifically C++ or Rust—with native familiarity navigating blockchain infrastructures or smart contract endpoints.
- Strong analytical mechanics with the ability to communicate complex mathematical or programmatic concepts to diverse stakeholder networks.
- Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and real-time risk mitigation instincts under high-concurrency pressure environments.
- Geographic Scope: Remote-first structure open to eligible quantitative experts operating from the United States, Canada, or France.
