About OneDome: OneDome is a premier, internationally recognized property technology (PropTech) innovator, digital real estate pioneer, and marketplace trailblazer operating on an absolute mission to protect, automate, and elevate how the world navigates residential property transactions. Headquartered in the high-stakes financial technology hub of London, OneDome builds a high-performance, cloud-native online architecture that streamlines full-lifecycle home search, mortgage processing, and legal conveyancing tracks under a single, friction-free digital roof. Driven by an agile, craft-focused corporate philosophy that values proactive problem solving, continuous capability development, and uncompromised platform stability, the firm provides high-agency engineering professionals with an uncompromised remote canvas to leverage state-of-the-art testing systems, manipulate complex client-server data models, and deploy robust web experiences safely across Ukraine and Azerbaijan.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical, detail-obsessed, and systems-minded Quality Assurance Engineer to join our core centralized engineering group in a full-time remote capacity open to qualified technical validation talent resident within Ukraine or Azerbaijan. Operating at the pre-release center of our core web software enhancement pipelines, you will step up to claim true individual strategic and operational accountability for analyzing requirements, estimating delivery windows, and controlling overall product quality defaults. Shifting completely away from routine passive data entry logging, basic standalone text modifications, or simple link clicking loops, you will run an active verification lab—transforming non-deterministic system parameters into clear, auditable software test plans. This position requires an internet technology or web systems veteran who architectures test portfolios fluidly natively using QA Engineer testing methodologies, engineers automated regression rules smoothly natively using Automation Engineer parameters, and commands RESTful API integration checks confidently under strict London-time sprint deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Requirements Analysis: Participate actively in early-stage product specification reviews and feature definition assemblies, gathering requirements cleanly natively utilizing QA Engineer parameters to prevent upstream logic gaps.
  • Full-Lifecycle Web Testing Execution: Design and execute multi-tier manual, functional, and regression testing activities across complex, high-concurrency real estate web applications and consumer property portals.
  • Meticulous QA Documentation Engineering: Author, record, and maintain highly clear testing matrices—explicitly drafting structured test plans, clear test cases, detailed defect reports, and comprehensive test summary briefings.
  • API Integration and Schema Validation: Conduct comprehensive integration testing across our distributed infrastructure layers, checking RESTful API endpoints and data payloads natively leveraging QA Engineer frameworks.
  • Bug Life Cycle Governance: Enforce strict bug life cycle tracking workflows, creating clear, reproducible defect tickets with environmental variables, and retesting fixed branches before production launch.
  • Agile Test Estimation Matrixing: Provide precise time and resource estimations for assigned feature testing sprints, helping cross-functional pods maintain high delivery velocity.
  • Frictionless Cross-Functional Realignment: Collaborate hand-in-hand with distributed software developers, Product Managers, and Customer Success cells across international time zones to identify process bottlenecks.
  • Automated Testing Implementation: Support the progressive modernization of our validation workflows by constructing light automated validation sequences and check sweeps natively leveraging Automation Engineer best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Demonstrated professional history running software quality assurance operations, client-server web app testing, functional database checking, or technical integration consulting.
  • Expert-tier capability mapping test vectors, reducing interface edge cases, and authoring rigorous check matrices natively utilizing QA Engineer rules.
  • Practical operational familiarity designing regression routines, checking API schemas, and managing code validations natively using Automation Engineer standards (with hands-on Cypress familiarity highly preferred).
  • Deep, authoritative technical command of modern software QA processes, bug classification hierarchies, and client-server communication internals.
  • Outstanding written and spoken verbal communication attributes in fluent, Upper-Intermediate level English, enabling total scannable clarity when collaborating asynchronously across international squads.
  • Schedule Availability Context: Position requires uncompromised operational availability to cover set shift parameters running from 9:00 to 17:00 London Time to stay synchronized with our core UK operations.
  • Location Context: Position open exclusively to qualified quality assurance engineers based permanently and resident within the borders of Ukraine or Azerbaijan to operate under a 100% remote work-from-home layout.

Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)

  • Prior commercial verification or system architecture history operating explicitly inside or adjacent to international PropTech startups, high-volume real estate listing engines, or mortgage calculation systems.
  • Prior structural professional history operating as a technical Business Analyst, gathering user stories, or defining product requirements.
  • An outcome-driven personal philosophy rooted in high analytical curiosity, an independent self-managing operator profile, and an intense passion for building automated systems that protect internet transactions.

What We Offer

  • Structured Global PropTech Monetization Blueprint: A competitive baseline contract salary package structured transparently between $1,000 and $1,500 USD per year, calibrated precisely to evaluate your testing authority and framework craftsmanship under a stable remote framework.
  • The exceptional professional canvas to claim absolute execution ownership over the quality assurance parameters directly protecting an international digital real estate engine.
  • Profound work-from-home remote parameters offering a 100% remote virtual environment across Ukraine and Azerbaijan, complete data-tracking trust, and zero physical geographic office commuting friction out of any province.
  • Immediate access to comprehensive paid time off, providing **20 working days of paid vacation per year** alongside additional days off following the official United Kingdom holiday calendar.
  • Inclusion in a friendly, highly active international workforce family (spanning Ukraine, Azerbaijan, and South Africa) built entirely on cross-border knowledge sharing and continuous professional scaling.
