Job Description

About the Role: At Foundry for Good, we build businesses that do good. We are seeking a highly technical QA Automation & DevOps Specialist to improve Double the Donation's product velocity and deployment reliability. Sitting at the intersection of Product and Engineering, you will own the transition from manual testing workflows to an automated, scalable QA and deployment pipeline.

What You'll Do

  • Design, implement, and maintain automated testing frameworks (e.g., Playwright) to ensure coverage of critical product workflows.
  • Support CI/CD pipeline management and improvements (GitHub Actions, Jenkins) to ensure smooth deployments.
  • Translate product requirements and user flows into scalable, automated test cases.
  • Monitor application performance and deployment stability, resolving issues proactively.
  • Track and report on testing coverage, bug trends, and deployment quality metrics.

What You Bring

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Proven experience in a SaaS or fast-paced software development environment.
  • Strong proficiency in automated testing frameworks (preferably Playwright) and DevOps tools.
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills across both frontend and backend systems.
  • Requirement: Based in the Philippines with exceptional English communication skills and ability to align with a split shift schedule for US collaboration.
