In this senior enterprise seat, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior government leaders, driving public sector growth by guiding complex buying committees across HR, Talent, Learning, IT, and Executive branches. Moving beyond standard SaaS demonstrations, you will conduct deep diagnostics of customer environments to blend platform capabilities, professional services, and learning experience design into high-signal transformation playbooks. This position demands an expert in HR technology ecosystems who can translate complex learning science into executive-friendly value narratives that establish urgency for large platform-led deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Buying Committee Engagement: Apply structured, repeatable discovery methodologies to engage complex public sector buying committees, aligning multi-stakeholder decisions around unified transformation narratives.
- Platform Solution Architecture: Influence and design end-to-end enterprise solutions, seamlessly balancing Skillsoft Percipio platform capabilities, professional services scope, and change enablement components.
- HR Tech Stack Integration: Act as the core market Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Percipio and its structural positioning within broader tech ecosystems, including HCM, LMS/LXP, skills intelligence, and talent analytics platforms.
- Instructional Design Consulting: Apply adult learning theory and evidence-based instructional design concepts to propose learning experiences that are grounded in relevance, application, personalization, and the flow of work.
- Executive Business Case Engineering: Formulate robust, data-informed public sector business cases and value narratives that map customer readiness signals, resolve operational constraints, and secure senior executive alignment.
- Ecosystem Data Fluency: Identify data considerations (including sources, flows, and governance structures) to accurately calibrate skills visibility, personalization vectors, and data maturity assumptions.
- Cross-Functional Commercialization: Partner closely across internal Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing divisions to design repeatable solution patterns and playbooks that accelerate deal velocity.
