Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based mental health care to adults and older adults. This role supports our mission to provide innovative and compassionate treatment by combining psychopharmacology, psychotherapy, and neuromodulation techniques such as TMS and Spravato.

Operating within a unified framework of brain health science, you will conduct thorough 90-minute psychiatric diagnostic evaluations paired with Measurement-Based Care in a rapid access clinical environment. Working in tight, real-time alignment with our Care Coordination team, you will diagnose complex psychiatric conditions, initiate and monitor psychopharmacological stabilization, and seamlessly route patients into appropriate care pathways.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and provide evidence-based treatment to adult and older adult populations with mental health disorders.
• Develop treatment plans tailored to each patient’s individual needs.
• Manage psychiatric disorders using psychopharmacology, psychotherapy, and other non-pharmacologic approaches.
• Maintain an active intake schedule with follow-up visits.
• Utilize measurement-based care tools.
• Collaborate with other team members to provide optimal care.
• Identify patients appropriate for interventional psychiatry (TMS/SAINT, Spravato) and initiate patient referrals.
• Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with clinic policies and regulations.
• Work closely with a clinical team to receive feedback, improve care, and engage in clinical consultation.
