Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, client-facing Project Manager to join our growing Professional Services (Onboarding) cell in a full-time remote capacity within the United Kingdom. In this highly visible technical delivery seat, you will be directly accountable for leading the end-to-end onboarding lifecycles of new investment clients into our ecosystem. Moving far beyond abstract timeline tracking, you will act as a primary technical unblocker, managing complex hardware/software integrations, office buildouts, and cloud migrations under fast-paced parameters. This role demands a proactive systems thinker who can confidently direct multi-tier vendors, mitigate infrastructure deployment risks, and seamlessly bridge the gap between technical project plans and corporate client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboarding Project Lifecycle Management: Lead the full-lifecycle delivery of client technology onboarding projects, ensuring all infrastructure solutions deploy on-time and under established budgets.
- Technical Change Controls: Define, monitor, and optimize technical project scope parameters, action lists, issue logs, and strategic decision frameworks across complex client environments.
- Multi-Stakeholder Progress Reporting: Communicate clear, consistent program strategy updates, timeline adjustments, and structural risk reviews to corporate customers, internal engineering cells, and executives.
- Vendor & Procurement Orchestration: Engage and manage third-party hardware manufacturers, business software developers, and Internet Service Providers (ISPs) to direct the procurement of vital equipment and data lines.
- Infrastructure Collaboration Triage: Coordinate sequentially with construction general contractors, audiovisual engineering vendors, and specialized network provisioning cells to execute physical office relocations and buildouts.
- Resource Capacity Optimization: Arbitrate scheduling differences and de-escalate resource conflicts across cross-functional engineering pods, vendors, and external contractors to preserve pipeline velocity.
- Continuous Documentation Review: Author, standardize, and maintain granular Project Management playbooks, technical templates, and organization-wide process improvement documentation registers.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of verified professional history running IT project management, technical project delivery, software implementation, or enterprise infrastructure deployment.
- Proven background managing complex Information Technology Infrastructure initiatives, comprehensively spanning new office buildouts, physical relocations, or public/private cloud integration configurations.
- Hands-on operational experience directing multi-party vendor arrays, highlighting real-world familiarity managing general contractors, audiovisual cells, and ISP networks.
- Demonstrated commercial track record completing multi-tenant projects according to outlined scopes, strict budget definitions, and calendar milestones.
- Strong, practical understanding of modern project management software interfaces, structured delivery methodologies, and deployment best practices.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication mechanics, with an absolute capacity to engage client executives smoothly and manage project boundaries effectively.
- Operational Schedule Constraint: Full-time availability to work a fixed 9 AM to 6 PM United Kingdom Time operational shift configuration.
- Location Context: Full-time remote parameters open exclusively to qualified technical project managers permanently residing anywhere within the United Kingdom.
Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)
- Possession of an active, internationally recognized project management credential, such as a PMP or CAPM certification.
- Prior domain experience operating natively within Managed Services Providers (MSPs), financial services infrastructure, or corporate wealth management technology sectors.
- Demonstrated asset history analyzing, refactoring, and optimizing internal team production processes or technical templates.
What We Offer
- The exceptional professional canvas to directly direct, manage, and scale the technology onboarding systems protecting top-tier global investment firms and hedge funds.
- A highly attractive and experience-calibrated base salary structure supplemented by a comprehensive corporate benefits package and tailored employee perks.
- Profound work-from-home remote parameters providing complete lifestyle flexibility, independent scheduling, and zero physical office commute drag inside the UK.
