Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical, process-driven Project Manager to take full ownership of planning, coordinating, and delivering cross-functional initiatives across our Product, Software Engineering, Operations, and external stakeholder groups. Operating as a pivotal driver within our Business Solutions team, you will establish rigorous project governance, manage delivery dependencies, control scope creep using formalized change management parameters, and supply clear, metrics-driven visibility to executive leadership to safeguard our global deployment lifecycles.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Delivery Architecture: Own full-lifecycle execution structures from project kickoff through operational validation, defining project scope limits, resource constraints, milestone dependencies, and clear acceptance criteria.
  • Project Governance Execution: Establish and lead systematic operational governance rhythms, including weekly cross-functional synchronization sessions, delivery working groups, and regular steering committee updates.
  • Technical Stack Synchronization: Collaborate directly with software engineering and product management teams, leveraging deep working knowledge of Jira boards, epic/story workflows, and technical delivery artifacts to monitor development velocities.
  • Platform Planning Tooling: Construct and maintain highly performant, automated project schedules, telemetry trackers, and delivery calendars within toolsets such as Smartsheet and Odoo Projects.
  • Change Management Control: Audit and process scope modifications using structured change control frameworks, quantifying immediate impacts to organizational capacity, project delivery cost, and target timelines.
  • PMO Standards Alignment: Enforce rigorous PMO governance checks during product intake and evaluation reviews prior to rolling out major client releases or international multi-market platform launches.
  • High-Signal Reporting: Produce concise, executive-level delivery dashboards highlighting runtime confidence scales, resource utilization profiles, blocker mitigation paths, and critical decisions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or an equivalent technical field of quantitative practice.
  • 4–7+ years of verified professional tracking history operating as a Project Manager or Delivery Lead within a fast-moving SaaS, software engineering, platform development, or technical implementation environment.
  • Proven background delivering complex cross-functional projects that directly interface alongside engineering, backend, and product squads.
  • Hands-on, direct production proficiency navigating cloud planning tools, explicitly utilizing Smartsheet and/or Odoo Projects for enterprise-level milestones tracking.
  • Mandatory, functional operational command of Jira software tracking nodes to read agile boards and interpret developer stories.
  • Professional Credentials: Active PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification is strictly required for baseline validation.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication mechanics, with a native capability to influence across diverse stakeholder teams without direct hierarchical authority.

Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)

  • Prior technical delivery experience operating inside high-volume consumer platforms, localized travel portals, hospitality ecosystems, or event ticketing engines.
  • Direct experience managing technical integration projects, including REST/GraphQL APIs, third-party vendor bridges, or external partner data feeds.
  • Exposure to international localization workflows, multi-market operational compliance requirements, or cross-border remote delivery teams.
