Project Management Lead

About the Role: The Project Management Lead works in conjunction with internal teams and clients to plan, move, and track tasks. You will be responsible for onboarding new clients, tracking internal and client activities, providing support for legal compliance paperwork, and offering administrative support.

What You'll Do

• Create, manage, and maintain tickets in project management software like JIRA or MS Project.
• Orchestrate day-to-day activities, including onboarding checklists, ticket follow-ups, and tracking reports.
• Responsible for Delivery Tracking to ensure project tasks are completed on time across all departments.
• Support account teams in preparing and maintaining licenses, TPAs, and other legal/compliance documentation.
• Conduct basic data analytics on data gathered in JIRA to identify key metrics like average turnaround time.
• Provide administrative support, including expense reporting and calendaring.

What You Bring

• 8+ years of experience focused on project management and administrative support.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, advertising, or a similar field.
• Familiarity with digital platforms such as Jira, Wrike, MS Project, or Workfront.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bonus: Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry or Accounts/Client Services.
