Program Manager - Cybersecurity & Enterprise Security Engineering (Federal Government)

PingWind is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to lead a complex cybersecurity and enterprise security engineering program supporting a large Federal Government client.

Provide overall leadership and management of contract performance, personnel, schedule, deliverables, risks, and technical activities while serving as a primary interface between PingWind, project teams, and Government stakeholders. The Program Manager will oversee IT and cloud design, security, development, systems engineering, and implementation efforts while ensuring contract activities remain aligned with Government priorities, Federal standards, and performance requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Provide overall management of personnel, schedule, resources, risks, deliverables, and technical execution.
• Coordinate activities among PingWind, Government stakeholders, subcontractors, and technical teams.
• Translate customer requirements and priorities into actionable work across multidisciplinary teams.
• Oversee IT and cloud security architecture, engineering, development, and implementation activities.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and performance reporting.
• Monitor deliverables for schedule, quality, and compliance with contract requirements.
• Identify, manage, and escalate program risks, issues, and dependencies.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of Information Security Experience, of which at least 5 years are of Cybersecurity and Cloud Security experience at a large Government agency similar in size/scope to GSA, IRS, DoD or VA.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required VA background investigation/suitability and system access.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex cybersecurity, cloud, or IT programs within Federal Government environments.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary technical teams, deliverables, schedules, risks, and customer requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP certification (or another qualifying certification).
• VA/Federal program management experience.
• Experience managing large cybersecurity programs and subcontractor teams.
