Job Description
About the Role: The Wikimedia Foundation, the nonprofit organization that operates Wikipedia, is looking for a Program Delivery Coordinator to join our Program Strategy & Delivery team in the Fundraising department. This is a coordination and execution-focused role designed to keep projects moving efficiently by owning the systems, documentation, and operational follow-through.
What You'll Do
- Maintain and update Asana boards to ensure project status, owners, and timelines are accurate.
- Organize shared documentation and handle meeting logistics, including scheduling and taking actionable notes.
- Run established operational processes, maintain project templates, and support OKR reporting logistics.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and make recurring work more efficient over time.
- Assist with cross-team coordination to ensure deliverables do not fall through the cracks.
What You Bring
- 2–3 years of experience in a coordination, operations, or project support role.
- Background in non-profit or tech sectors, ideally with experience in fundraising.
- Experience with project management or task-tracking tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Monday).
- Strong organizational skills, proactive follow-through, and clear, professional written communication.
- Bonus: Experience working in a distributed international organization, fluency in multiple languages, or PMP Certification.
