Product Owner

About the Role: At BetSymphony (Symphony Solutions), we are embarking on an ambitious project to revolutionize the online gambling industry. As a Product Owner, you will own the product backlog for one or more functional areas of the BetSymphony platform, translating stakeholder needs into clear, actionable work for engineering teams in a fast-moving, regulated environment.

What You'll Do

• Own and maintain the product backlog, writing and refining user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.
• Prioritize the backlog in alignment with the platform roadmap, operator requirements, and business value.
• Actively use AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) for drafting requirements, summarizing discovery sessions, and generating documentation.
• Facilitate requirement workshops and discovery sessions with internal stakeholders and client teams.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and work closely with engineering, QA, and architecture teams to validate delivered features.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Senior Business Analyst in a software product environment.
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize a product backlog in an Agile/Scrum setup.
• Experience in iGaming (PAM, sportsbook, casino, payments, etc.) and familiarity with API-driven products.
• Active, proven use of AI-assisted tools to accelerate discovery and backlog management.
• Bonus: Experience working on a SaaS platform, UI/UX collaboration, and defining KPIs for reporting products.
