About the Role: Nextech is a leader in specialty healthcare technology solutions. We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager for our Aesthetics segment to serve as the subject matter expert. You will deeply understand buyer needs, practice workflows, and value drivers to shape the commercial narrative used by Sales. You will act as the voice of the Aesthetics customer, bringing market intelligence and win/loss insights into GTM planning and messaging refinement.

Essential Functions

  • Develop a deep understanding of buyer personas, practice types, and value drivers within the Aesthetics segment.
  • Own Aesthetics-specific positioning and messaging to ensure Sales talk tracks reflect buyer outcomes and proof points.
  • Partner with Product and product-focused PMMs to ensure segment needs are represented in launches and enablement.
  • Deliver Product Marketing inputs for launches, ensuring segment readiness through Internal Enablement Briefs (IEBs).
  • Collaborate with Sales Enablement and L&D to develop buyer-centric assets and core messaging.
  • Own win/loss insights for the segment to continuously improve messaging effectiveness.
  • Monitor competitive trends impacting Aesthetics practices and surface insights to inform commercial strategy.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of product marketing experience in a SaaS environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to partner closely with Sales and Sales Enablement teams.
  • Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills for cross-functional teamwork.
  • Preferred: Experience in healthcare technology (Aesthetics, Dermatology, or Plastic Surgery) and Product Marketing Alliance Certification.
