Job Description
About the Role: Seesaw is a loved elementary learning experience platform trusted by 25 million users worldwide. We are looking for a strategic, high-impact Senior Product Marketing Manager to serve as the connective tissue between our Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams. You will be the architect of our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy as we expand our global footprint.
What You'll Do
- Lead the end-to-end GTM strategy for new product functions, defining market opportunity, naming, positioning, and pricing.
- Develop emotive and benefit-driven campaign messaging for core platform and curriculum products like Early Literacy and English Language Development.
- Act as a bridge-builder between Product (roadmap influence), Sales (enablement toolkits), and Customer Success (adoption).
- Conduct competitive analysis and user research to identify market gaps and opportunities for leadership.
- Develop sales toolkits, including pitch decks, case studies, and ROI calculators, to empower field teams.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, preferably within EdTech or SaaS environments.
- Proven ability to distill complex technical features into simple, high-value propositions.
- Strong project management skills to rally cross-functional teams around shared launch goals.
- Data-informed mindset using qualitative and quantitative feedback to validate hypotheses.
- Deep empathy for educators and a passion for improving elementary student learning experiences.
