Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical, technically expert, and leadership-minded Product Manager, Platform & Integrations to join our centralized Product Development organization under a permanent, full-time remote configuration based out of Mumbai, India. In this high-stakes, system-critical technical product ownership seat, you will take absolute multi-year vision, backlog refinement, and interoperability lifecycle governance accountability for our high-throughput transactional API architectures, integration patterns, and data core layers. Shifting completely away from non-technical text copywriting, generic visual website theme customization, or simple helpdesk support ticket handling, you will manage an active API payload translation, distributed service mapping, and automated platform optimization laboratory—partnering face-to-face with core engineering squads, downstream design teams, external enterprise integration partners, and executive C-level stakeholders. This position requires a product authority with 3–5 years of software management experience who transforms abstract data flows fluidly natively using Project Management paradigms, manages and mentors associate product managers, leverages generative AI tools systematically to accelerate daily output, and commands an essential physical schedule availability matching US business hours at least until 5:00 PM ET.

Key Responsibilities

• Platform Strategy & Roadmap Governance: Formulate, champion, and execute a comprehensive, multi-year product strategy and infrastructure roadmap, balancing backend refactoring tracks with core new integration features natively utilizing Project Management frameworks.
• Technical API Specification Translation: Deeply parse, interpret, and convert complex partner API specs and web service document records into detailed functional user stories, system boundaries, and structural technical solutions.
• End-to-End Lifecycle Execution: Oversee the comprehensive product development loop for all software integrations, managing everything from initial discovery and data architecture mapping through to deployment launch, performance tracking, and live data validation.
• Cross-System Triage & Risk Interception: Proactively investigate and resolve platform dependency risks, system configuration blocks, and synchronization bottlenecks across overlapping internal and external environments.
• AI-Native Process Automation: Responsibly adapt and leverage automated AI productivity tools as a strict daily work requirement to maximize throughput and refine execution quality metrics.
• External Partner Alignment & Leadership: Directly lead strategic relationships with external integration vendors, POS platforms, and delivery systems, ensuring smooth interoperability and clean data exchanges.
• Telemetry Analytics Optimization: Track and analyze platform health indicators, integration success metrics, and usage volumes to generate data-driven insights that steer technical investments.
• Team Mentorship & Management: Manage, mentor, and foster professional development arrays for at least one direct report, driving a culture of high craftsmanship within the product branch.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• A minimum of 3–5 years of proven professional history operating inside a Technical Product Manager, Platform Strategy Lead, Software Integration Specialist, or closely related technical software management capacity.
• Expert System Integration Fluency: Extensive, granular production history managing highly complex technical software products, including cloud infrastructure layers, multi-tenant public APIs, data pipes, or enterprise-scale web service integrations.
• Demonstrated capability to understand, map, and write technical specifications based on REST/JSON APIs, system isolation web hooks, and advanced platform design trends.
• Outstanding analytical and quantitative problem-solving habits with an established capacity to extract insights from technical data logs and business metrics.
• Mandatory Operational Shift Alignment: Clear availability, discipline, and flexibility to maintain regular work hours matching US Eastern Time (ET) until at least 5:00 PM ET to facilitate real-time stakeholder alignment loops.
• Location Context: Position operates under remote guidelines open exclusively to qualified technical product managers residing permanently inside the Mumbai, Maharashtra, India metropolitan zone.

Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)

• Significant, prior product management history engineering systems within the Restaurant SaaS, Hospitality Technology, or FoodTech industries.
• Possess a formal Bachelor or Advanced Degree from an accredited institution in a relevant quantitative field (such as Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Systems).
• Experience navigating fast-paced, venture-backed scaleup spaces with solid background optimizing agile, sprint-based release configurations.
