Position Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical, detail-obsessed, and systems-minded Product Manager to join our core centralized Product department in a full-time remote capacity across the United States. Operating at the strategic epicenter of our product lifecycle, you will step up to claim true individual strategic and operational accountability for directing multiple initiatives and cross-cutting capabilities across Sift’s extensive portfolio. Shifting completely away from routine passive feature logging, basic back-office data entry typing, or minor text modifications, you will execute an active, end-to-end product deployment track—partnering face-to-face with executive leadership, machine learning engineers, and global go-to-market squads. This position requires an enterprise tech or trust and safety veteran with 5+ years of software craft depth who maps out user hypotheses fluidly natively using Research analytics frameworks, orchestrates horizontal development cycles smoothly natively using Project Management communication models, and commands complex portfolio prioritizations confidently under tight commercial deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Multi-Workstream Portfolio Governance: Own, define, and articulate the comprehensive “what” and “why” across multiple complex product areas and critical strategic initiatives, using market indicators to prioritize ruthlessly cleanly natively utilizing Research parameters.
- Data-Driven Roadmap Optimization: Build, manage, and defend product roadmaps that reflect both immediate customer needs and long-term financial business goals, communicating prioritization logic clearly to engineering cells and C-suite stakeholders.
- Authoritative Voice of the Customer Sourcing: Engage deeply and consistently with enterprise customers through structured interviews, early discovery loops, design partner panels, and Early Access beta initiatives to uncover unmet industry needs.
- Meticulous Specification Engineering: Author clear, exceptionally detailed product specifications, creating tracking tickets, drafting clear micro-copy strings, mapping edge cases, and defining rigid feature acceptance criteria natively leveraging Project Management paradigms.
- Frictionless GTM Realignment: Partner hand-in-hand with distributed Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer Success pods to ensure new risk mitigation features are positioned accurately, supporting live deal cycles and authoring enablement collateral.
- Cross-Discipline Team Inspiration: Rally diverse groups of software developers, machine learning data scientists, and UX designers around a shared product vision, translating complex business constraints into highly actionable product keys.
- Portfolio-Level Company Strategy Contribution: Evaluate emerging threat vectors and financial payment trends, tracking competitor footprints to help identify new market opportunities and steer Sift’s long-term corporate product direction.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of verified professional history running advanced software Product Management, enterprise SaaS lifecycle mapping, technical systems direction, digital risk analytics governance, or technical product consulting.
- Enterprise SaaS Vertical Domain Background: Documented, hands-on career history successfully shipping product features within the fraud prevention, trust and safety, identity verification, financial technology, or payment security domains.
- Expert-tier capability converting abstract user feedback, conducting user discovery interviews, and drafting tight product requirements documents natively utilizing Research frameworks.
- Practical operational familiarity organizing cross-functional release milestones, mapping task dependencies, and coordinating launch timelines natively using Project Management agile playbooks.
- Deep analytical fluency, demonstrating a proven history utilizing complex data monitoring setups and telemetry dashboards to independently back up prioritization choices.
- Outstanding verbal, written, and document presentation communication traits in business-fluent English, enabling total clarity when presenting high-level portfolio strategies before executive steering boards.
- Technical Agility: Exceptional comfort navigating technical architecture reviews and complex data structure discussions with engineering and data science pods without needing to be an engineer.
- Location Context: Position open to qualified enterprise product managers based permanently and resident within the United States to operate under a 100% remote work-from-home layout.
Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)
- Prior commercial product history operating explicitly within high-transaction enterprise settings, running structured QBR syncs, or organizing client advisory boards.
- Direct operational familiarity with advanced machine learning models, fraud scoring algorithms, or risk classification rules.
- An outcome-driven personal philosophy rooted in high operational curiosity, an absolute obsession with user trust, and an intense passion for building automated platforms that protect human connections across the digital universe.

- The exceptional professional canvas to claim absolute strategic initiative ownership over the fraud prevention models insulating global brands from digital threat actors.
- Profound work-from-home remote parameters offering a flexible remote layout across America, complete data-tracking trust, and zero physical geographic office commuting friction out of any state.
- Immediate baseline access to premium comprehensive corporate healthcare protection plans, providing medical, dental, and vision insurance profiles alongside company-supported lifestyle perks.
