About the Role: Front is the customer operations platform built for B2B complexity. The job of the Enterprise Readiness pod is to build the identity, permissions, audit, and admin primitives that let the largest, most security-conscious companies deploy AI with confidence. As the PM for this brand-new pod, you'll own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for the surface area that makes Front Enterprise-grade in the AI era.

What You'll Do

• Own the vision and roadmap for Front's Enterprise readiness surface, including how AI features are governed and audited by admins.
• Ship primitives that unlock upmarket pipeline: identity & access, audit & compliance, admin-at-scale, and extensibility APIs.
• Define what "admin controls for AI" means at Front, including permissions for agents and auditability of AI actions.
• Turn deal signals, security-review post-mortems, and IT/admin customer insights into durable platform investments.
• Drive alignment across Engineering, Design, Security, Sales, and Partnerships.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of PM experience in high-growth B2B, with time spent shipping to an IT, admin, or security buyer.
• Identity & security fluency—experience designing around SSO/SAML/OIDC, SCIM, RBAC/ABAC, audit, and/or public APIs.
• Strong enterprise and platform judgment to tell the difference between a durable primitive and a one-off deal fix.
• Systems thinking skills to catch second-order effects before they ship.
• Comfort with ambiguity to shape a brand-new pod with direct executive visibility.
