Product Manager

About the Role: Prolific is the architect of the human data infrastructure that's reshaping the landscape of AI development. As our new Product Manager, you will be responsible for the impact and outcomes of a team building out next-gen Data Collection Tooling that enables frontier AI model developers to conduct cutting-edge AI research.

What You'll Do

• Work within your team to build and launch the next generation of Prolific's Data Collection Tooling product suite.
• Own the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from strategy to success metrics, roadmaps, delivery, and iteration.
• Partner productively with Product Design, User Research, Analytics, and Engineering to deliver products in a test-learn-iterate fashion.
• Communicate strategy to executives while working through complex details and unblocking your team.
• Stay up to speed with the rapidly changing face of frontier AI research to meet customer requirements.

What You Bring

• An extensive and varied track record working embedded in technology teams alongside engineers and designers.
• B2B product experience, ideally focused on large enterprises and managing multiple internal stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks, Continuous Discovery, CI/CD, JTBD frameworks, and test-learn-iterate loops.
• Strong data literacy, true data-driven decision-making, and expertise in experimenting with the latest AI-led technologies.
• Bonus: Scale-up/startup experience or AI/ML training and development experience.
