Product Manager

About the Role: Lucra sits at the high-energy intersection of loyalty, competition, and technology. We are looking for a Product Manager who knows how to own a product area end-to-end and isn't afraid to venture into uncharted territory, refining what exists and building what doesn't yet.

What You'll Do

• Develop a deep, working knowledge of the Lucra platform and own meaningful pieces of the core product roadmap (compliance, in-game features).
• Work closely with Design and Engineering to ship high-quality improvements.
• Help shape and support partner-facing technology for different use cases.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities, including ancillary products, experimental features, and strategic bets.

What You Bring

• 4+ years in a product management role, with experience in 0-to-1 or exploratory product work.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking, analytical chops, and strong written/verbal communication.
• Ability to define hypotheses, set up experiments, and draw actionable conclusions.
• Bonus: Experience in consumer apps (gaming, fintech, loyalty, sports) or familiarity with paid skill/competitive gaming.
