The Role

This is a hands-on product role for someone who enjoys solving business problems, optimizing conversion funnels, and collaborating across multiple teams to deliver measurable results

Responsibilities

Market Ownership

• Own the commercial performance of a dedicated GEO across multiple brands.
• Monitor and continuously improve key business KPIs including GGR, NGR, Bonus Cost, Reg2Dep, Activation Rate, FTD Volume, Retention, Churn, and Redeposit Rate.
• Identify growth opportunities based on player behaviour, analytics, and business performance.

Funnel Optimization

• Own and continuously optimize the complete player journey, including:
• Registration
• Activation
• First Deposit
• Welcome Journey
• Bonus Strategy
• Reload Promotions
• On-site Experience
• Retention Mechanics
• Adapt product experiences and promotional mechanics for different traffic sources and acquisition channels.

Product Strategy & Prioritization

• Identify product opportunities using business data, customer insights, and market research.
• Prepare evidence-based product proposals and prioritize initiatives based on expected business impact.
• Work closely with Product Owners and Delivery teams to ensure timely delivery of product improvements.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Partner daily with Marketing teams to optimize acquisition funnels, landing pages, player quality, and promotional offers.
• Collaborate with CRM and Retention teams on lifecycle communications and engagement strategies.
• Work with Payments teams to improve cashier experience, deposit success rate, and local payment coverage.
• Partner with Casino and Sportsbook teams to improve player engagement and cross-sell opportunities.
• Collaborate with VIP, Customer Support, Analytics, and Product teams to continuously improve the player experience and business performance.

Competitor & Market Research

• Continuously monitor competitors within your market.
• Analyze competitor products, onboarding flows, bonus mechanics, payment methods, and promotional strategies.
• Translate market insights into actionable product initiatives.

Customer Research

• Conduct player interviews and surveys to better understand customer needs and behaviours.
• Analyze customer feedback from Support, reviews, and other communication channels.
• Use qualitative insights together with analytics to validate product decisions.

Analytics & Experimentation

• Define hypotheses and run A/B tests to validate product improvements.
• Measure product performance through clear success metrics and continuously iterate based on results.
• Present product insights and recommendations using data-backed analysis.

Continuous Product Improvement

• Own the product roadmap for your assigned market.
• Continuously identify, prioritize, and deliver initiatives that improve player experience and commercial performance.
• Build scalable product solutions that support long-term business growth.
