Product Lead - Mobility & API Platforms

About the Role: Flatgigs is looking for a Product Lead to own three distinct but connected product lines: API Platform, Mobility Platform (IITS), and a Navigation Product. You will sit right in the middle of tech, business, and market reality, translating vision into execution to ensure these products work together, scale, and win in the market.

What You'll Do

• Define and drive the roadmap across all three product lines, prioritizing features based on real market needs.
• Act as the bridge between engineering, business, and stakeholders, translating business requirements into clear product specs.
• Track market trends, competitors, and regulatory shifts in the smart city and mobility ecosystems.
• Handle high-stakes conversations with government entities, enterprise clients, and internal leadership.
• Own business-level documentation, including PRDs, roadmaps, use cases, and proposals.

What You Bring

• 6–10 years in Product Management or Product Leadership.
• Strong experience in traffic monitoring, mobility tech, ITS, or smart city ecosystems.
• Proven ability to manage multiple products simultaneously, especially APIs and platform-based products.
• Strong commercial thinking, excellent communication, and the ability to move between strategy and execution.
• Bonus: Experience with navigation systems, geospatial products, Google Maps integrations, or public sector projects.
