Product Engineer (AI & Full-Stack) at Mindly

Your responsibilities:

You will play a key role in building and developing the Mindly product. This is more than just writing code—it’s about deep user understanding, product thinking, and effective collaboration with a cross-functional team.

You’ll work closely with the Product Team and CEO to:

• Deeply understand user needs and their most pressing problems.
• Shape and evaluate potential solutions to these problems.
• Contribute to the development of AI-powered experiences, including workflows and the AI Companion that helps users interested in mental health support but not yet ready to start therapy.
• Use AI-native development practices to accelerate delivery, experimentation, and product discovery.

You will become a true “Product Engineer”, someone who fully understands code, design, the user, and the business. Working independently, you’ll drive the entire development cycle: from identifying the problem to launching the finished solution into production.

Your skills:

• 3+ years of experience working with React.js and Node.js (we’re using TypeScript, React.js, Redux Toolkit, Node.js, Express.js, Nest.js, Google Cloud Platform, Firestore, and PostgreSQL).
• Product thinking focused on solving user problems, not just on technical solutions.
• Experience building AI-powered products, LLM workflows, RAG systems, AI agents, or other AI-native applications or extensive experience using AI-assisted development tools as part of your daily engineering workflow.
• Strong engineering fundamentals and the ability to design scalable, maintainable systems.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies, frameworks, and AI tools.
• Experience in mobile app development will be a huge plus.
