Product Designer (UX)

About the Role: A1, an AI Engineering division at BJAK, is building a proactive AI chat app to bring intelligence to conversations, errands, and workflows. We are looking for a Product Designer (UX) to shape how users experience AI from the ground up, designing systems and journeys that build trust and ensure reliability.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end design for one or more AI product surfaces, from early concept to production.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for web and mobile.
• Rapidly prototype and iterate on new interaction models for AI-driven experiences.
• Conduct usability testing and synthesize insights to refine product direction and evolve A1's design system.
• Work closely with product, engineering, and ML teams to explore problems and ship quickly.

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a product or UX designer with a portfolio spanning web and mobile products.
• Strong proficiency in Figma and rapid prototyping tools.
• Solid understanding of interaction design, layout, hierarchy, and visual systems.
• Comfort designing from incomplete inputs and simplifying complex workflows into intuitive user experiences.
• Bonus: Experience designing AI-powered products, zero-to-one products, and familiarity with qualitative research methods.
