Job Description

About the Role: Solace is a Series C startup on a mission to redefine healthcare in the U.S. by pairing patients with expert advocates. As a Product Designer, you are responsible for bringing value to our users by designing the healthcare experience of the future. You will distill complex ideas into beautiful, usable products in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

What You'll Do

  • Produce high-quality, production-ready designs while creating a best-in-class user experience.
  • Take full ownership of your work, partnering closely with engineering, product, marketing, and business teams.
  • Rapidly produce multiple concepts and prototypes, from low-fi sketches to pixel-perfect designs.
  • Actively contribute to testing to uphold the quality of implementation of your designs.
  • Learn and become a guardian of our consistent design framework and standards.

What You Bring

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience designing consumer web products for desktop and mobile.
  • Exceptional skills with design tools, specifically native fluency in Figma.
  • A bias toward action, execution, and an intuition on what it takes to create delightful, consumer-oriented experiences.
  • Great communication skills and comfort working autonomously with ambiguity.
  • Note: An online portfolio of your work is required, and applicants must be based in the United States.
