Procurement Lead

About the Role: Vultr is on a mission to make high-performance cloud infrastructure easy to use and locally accessible. We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Lead to drive data-driven decision-making across our global purchasing operations. This leadership role blends hands-on analytics with strategic oversight to monitor supplier performance, identify cost reduction opportunities, and mentor a high-performing team.

What You'll Do

• Oversee the design, accuracy, and automation of procurement dashboards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks.
• Identify cost-reduction opportunities through spend analysis and support vendor negotiations with pricing benchmarks.
• Evaluate vendor performance, support supplier onboarding, and maintain the preferred supplier list and contract database.
• Lead and mentor procurement analysts, ensuring high-quality reporting, data accuracy, and analytical rigor.
• Take the lead in utilizing ERP or procurement systems to extract data, automate reports, and streamline workflows.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 5 - 8 years of experience in procurement, supply chain analytics, or sourcing.
• Strong ability to standardize reporting, build dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, Looker), and improve data governance.
• Experience mentoring junior analysts or leading analytical workstreams.
• Bonus: Certification in procurement (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) and experience working with data centers or cloud service providers.
