Procore Specialist

About the Role: Prime System Solutions is seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Procore Specialist to join our team. You will serve as our internal specialist, bringing hands-on experience with Procore software, a solid foundation in construction processes and finance, and a strong willingness to learn and grow with our company.

What You'll Do

• Serve as an internal Procore specialist to handle onboarding, offboarding, and troubleshooting user-related problems and integration errors.
• Assist with uploading budgets and WBS structures to projects.
• Update and create SOP documentation, and set up/update training within Talent LMS.
• Field an internal Jira queue to assign tickets to appropriate owners.
• Assist with creating Business Requirements Documentation and timelines to complete larger integration projects.

What You Bring

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience using Procore in a professional setting.
• Familiarity with construction project management and financial workflows (budgeting, invoicing, commitments, change orders, etc.).
• Demonstrated technical aptitude and a strong desire to learn new tools and systems.
• Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Bonus: Experience with Procore API, basic integration concepts (JSON, endpoints, webhooks), and a background in construction accounting.
