Principal Product Manager

About the Role: ClickUp is architecting the future of work by building the first truly converged AI workspace. We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to shape high-level strategy and product direction at the company level. This is a builder-first role where you will not just manage work but actively build the product using AI tools, setting the standard for product excellence across the entire company.

What You'll Do

• Shape ClickUp’s product direction, owning the most consequential product questions regarding the future of the converged AI workspace.
• Prototype the future you are arguing for—building functional prototypes independently to prove strategic concepts.
• Synthesize data, customer escalations, usage trends, and market signals into a coherent, multi-year product roadmap.
• Set the standard for PM craft, inventing patterns for compressing development loops that the whole team can adopt.
• Advise executive leadership on major bets and investment strategies, representing ClickUp’s vision externally to analysts and key customers.

What You Bring

• 8-10+ years in product management with a clear record of company-shaping scope in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
• Exceptional ability to synthesize competing inputs, business constraints, and technical realities into a clear direction.
• Deep command of AI tooling (Claude Code, Cursor, Figma AI) with a proven history of building with AI rather than just experimenting.
• History of raising the craft of surrounding PMs and evangelizing a product vision that earns trust across engineering, design, and leadership.
• Fluent in data-driven decision-making, with the ability to define metrics that matter at the company level.
