Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, quality-conscious, and talented PowerPoint Specialist to join our distributed Client Delivery organization in India. In this production-heavy role, you will take hands-on responsibility for designing, formatting, and refining high-volume presentation slides and corporate templates. Moving far beyond generic layout creation, you will audit deck structures to guarantee flawless alignment with diverse client brand guidelines, color palettes, and typographic hierarchies. This role demands a highly organized designer with an exceptional eye for detail, strong feedback resilience, and the capacity to deliver pristine, error-free outputs within fast-moving agency timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• High-Volume Slide Design: Conceptualize, structure, and format professional presentation slides and master templates using advanced Microsoft PowerPoint features.
• Strict Brand Compliance: Audit incoming decks to ensure complete visual consistency, structured layouts, and strict adherence to enterprise brand guidelines across diverse client profiles.
• Meticulous Quality Control: Perform comprehensive visual quality checks to eliminate errors, misalignments, or text inconsistencies before client delivery.
• Agile Presentation Prototyping: Stay highly updated with changing presentation best practices, industry design trends, and layout techniques to continuously upgrade asset outputs.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with project leadership to understand detailed brand nuances, welcoming constructive design feedback to execute rapid slide revisions.
• Deadline-Driven Management: Prioritize incoming layout tasks and handle personal design timelines effectively to guarantee consistent completion under tight turnarounds.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–3 years of verified professional history running presentation design, desktop publishing, or asset layout tracks, with expert-level mastery of **Microsoft PowerPoint**.
• Deep visual design literacy, containing an exceptional understanding of typography, color theory, grid systems, and layout balance principles.
• Strong problem-solving and communication mechanics, optimized to interact productively with stakeholders and team leads at all organizational levels.
• Demonstrated capability to function effectively as a quick learner, adjusting smoothly to process modifications or upgraded system tools.
• A meticulous, detail-obsessed execution habit with a documented history of producing clean, publication-ready slide graphics under pressure.
