About the Role: 20four7VA is seeking a detail-oriented Podcast Virtual Assistant to handle editing, show notes creation, publishing, and website updates. The ideal candidate has experience managing podcasts end-to-end and can work independently within structured workflows to deliver high-quality support.

What You'll Do

• Edit audio/video using Descript, removing filler words, applying studio sound, and ensuring a clean flow.
• Create detailed, engaging show notes using templates, pulling key takeaways, timestamps, and quotes for SEO.
• Upload and schedule episodes in Libsyn, confirming distribution to Spotify and other platforms.
• Update podcast website pages with embedded media, show notes, and clean formatting.
• Manage guest communication by sending follow-up emails with episode links and assets.

What You Bring

• Junior to Advanced level experience managing podcasts end-to-end (not just editing).
• Familiarity with Descript, Libsyn (or similar hosting platforms), and basic website publishing.
• Excellent written English for crafting show notes and professional emails.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, and proactively manage workflows in Notion.
