Podcast Creator

About the Role: We are looking for a skilled Podcast Creator and Editor to take ownership of audio and video editing for every episode of our podcast. You will support pre-production planning, assist with guest coordination, handle publishing, and use AI tools to streamline the content workflow.

What You'll Do

• Edit full-length podcast episodes for audio quality, removing filler words, background noise, and technical glitches.
• Edit video versions of episodes for YouTube and create short-form clips (audiograms/Reels) for social media.
• Manage guest communication, facilitate recording sessions using Riverside.fm, and handle technical troubleshooting.
• Lead the technical setup and launch, submitting the podcast to platforms like Apple Podcasts and Spotify.
• Write compelling show notes and use AI tools (ChatGPT, Descript) to assist with production and marketing tasks.

What You Bring

• Demonstrated experience producing and launching podcasts end-to-end (portfolio required).
• Proficiency with remote recording platforms (Riverside.fm, Squadcast) and podcast hosting platforms.
• Strong audio and video editing skills, plus experience writing SEO-friendly show notes.
• Comfortable using AI tools in a creative and practical production workflow.
• Bonus: Experience in the lifestyle, parenting, or wellness space and basic graphic design skills.
