Platform Software Engineer

About the Role: SES Corporation is looking for a Platform Software Engineer / Network Administrator to support the design, implementation, and management of network circuits and devices for the GSA DIGIT task order. You will focus on the implementation and coordination of wired and wireless network equipment across hundreds of global sites.

What You'll Do

• Manage LAN infrastructures including WAPs, wireless LAN controllers, and SDA integrations.
• Support and operate Software-Defined Wide Area Networks (SD-WAN) sites and maintain network equipment (routers and routing).
• Provision and configure switches and routers, and coordinate cutover logistics.
• Assist with vulnerability patching and IOS upgrades.
• Utilize network orchestration tools for automated configurations, management, and testing.

What You Bring

• 7-12 years of experience and a Bachelor's Degree.
• Public Trust Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
• ITILv4 Foundation Certification within 120 days of start date.
• Previous experience with vulnerability patching, IOS upgrades, and SD-WAN sites.
• Bonus: Cisco certifications (CCNP/CCNA) and proficiency in wireless survey software like Ekahau.
