Platform Engineer

About the Role: Thomas is an AI-powered people science platform, uniting behavioural insight, data, and technology to revolutionise how people and teams work together. We are looking for a Platform Engineer to help build and optimise the infrastructure that powers Thomas. You will work at the heart of our Azure cloud environment, designing scalable infrastructure and automating deployments.

What You'll Do

• Design and maintain secure, scalable Azure cloud infrastructure.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform or similar tools.
• Strengthen CI/CD pipelines to enable fast, reliable deployments.
• Support and optimise data infrastructure and pipeline architecture.
• Monitor and improve platform performance, reliability, and security.

What You Bring

• Experience in Azure cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices.
• Comfortable with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong scripting capability (PowerShell, Bash, etc.).
• Passionate about automation, reliability, and continuous improvement.
• A collaborative and solution-focused mindset.
