Physician - Oscar Primary Care

About the Role: At Oscar Medical Group, we are refactoring healthcare to help each of our members achieve their healthcare goals in a personalized way. We are hiring a Physician to join our Virtual Primary Care team to deliver quality primary and urgent care to Oscar members via phone, video, and asynchronous messaging.

What You'll Do

• Provide medical care virtually to a panel of patients (ages 18+) in alignment with Oscar Medical Group guidelines.
• Support urgent care needs in our 24/7 virtual clinic (working at least one evening shift per week).
• Collaborate with MAs, RNs, BH, and CM as well as other providers across service lines.
• Serve as a supervising physician to other Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) and perform quality assurance.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

What You Bring

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school and Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Med/Peds.
• 3+ years of experience in an in-person outpatient primary care office.
• Must hold an active medical license in a state that participates in the IMLCC (Interstate Medical Licensure Compact) and meet specific active license combinations (e.g., FL, GA, TX, AZ, OK).
• Bonus: 2+ years of Telemedicine experience, fluency in Spanish, and licensed in other Oscar states.

• Base pay range: $225,000 - $246,750 per year plus annual performance bonuses.
