Personal Assistant (Executive Support) - Dubai

The Role

The Personal Assistant is the go-to resource for every personal errand, gift, reservation, and lifestyle request for our senior executives. You'll handle all personal-related tasks with care, discretion, and a high standard of quality, freeing the Executive Assistant to focus entirely on operational and business functions.

What Will You Be Doing?

• Personal Errands: Handle all personal requests from executives—sourcing items, placing orders, coordinating deliveries, and following up until completion.
• Gifting & Special Occasions: Order gifts, flowers, and personalized items for executives, colleagues, and clients. Proactively track birthdays, competitions, and milestones and act without being asked.
• Restaurant & Event Reservations: Make restaurant reservations and arrange bookings for personal events, dinners, and outings as directed.
• Travel & Personal Logistics: Book flights, hotels, and transportation for all travel; handle check-ins, itinerary management, and any personal travel changes.
• Support Mailbox Monitoring: Monitor the executive support inbox; triage and respond to personal-related requests; flag anything requiring EA or executive attention.
• Research: Research personal requests on any topic—venues, products, services, local recommendations in Dubai and beyond—and present findings clearly.
• Subscription & Access Support: Complete personal subscription purchases and share access to tools and platforms as directed by the EA.

Requirements

What Do You Need?

• Communication: Clear, professional written and verbal English. You communicate with the EA and executives in a direct, timely, and warm manner.
• Tech Fluency: Proficient in Google Suite, Slack, and Notion from day one.
• Experience: 3+ years of prior experience in a PA, household manager, or personal concierge-style role, comfortable with the full range of personal support tasks.
• Stakeholder Support: Experience supporting high-touch stakeholders such as founders, C-level leaders, or high-net-worth individuals.
• Language: Professional French.
• Eligibility: Eligible to work in the United Arab Emirates.
• Location: Lives in Dubai—non-negotiable.
• Local Knowledge: Dubai-specific knowledge for restaurant bookings, personal shopping, local vendors, and travel logistics is a plus.
