Personal Assistant

About the Role: Sanctuary is seeking a highly proactive Personal Assistant to the CEO. This is not a traditional PA role; you will operate as a personal operator, owning real-life logistics end-to-end, particularly around travel, lifestyle, and high-priority personal matters.

What You'll Do

• Plan and execute complex international travel end-to-end, including logistics for the CEO's large dog.
• Own everything related to the dog's care, including high-quality nutrition, veterinary services, and seamless travel.
• Source, contact, and negotiate with global vendors to drive clear outcomes.
• Handle ambiguous, time-sensitive tasks with minimal instruction and resolve issues end-to-end.
• Maintain a centralized system of key information, contacts, and preferences.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience supporting a founder/CEO or handling high-responsibility personal operations.
• Proven ability to operate in chaotic, fast-moving environments and solve "impossible" problems.
• Extreme resourcefulness with a strong ownership mindset—you push until there is a clear answer.
• Clear, concise communication and comfort handling sensitive and personal matters.
• Note: Must have a minimum 6-hour overlap with US time zones and be ready to join immediately or within 30 days.
