We’re looking for a skilled and creative Performance Designer to join our client's team and help them produce scroll-stopping content that converts. If you live and breathe social media, know how to tell a story in 15 seconds or less, and have an eye for detail, you’ll thrive here.
Responsibilities:
- Design high-performing static, motion and video advertisements for paid media campaigns across Meta, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Google, and other digital platforms.
- Edit short-form and long-form video content for multiple social platforms.
- Collaborate closely with Creative, Strategy, and Media teams to ensure content aligns with campaign goals and platform best practices.
- Produce engaging edits using motion graphics, transitions, and sound design to strengthen storytelling and performance.
- Optimize video content for paid social media performance.
- Organize and manage media assets while maintaining a clean and efficient post-production workflow.
- Stay up to date with emerging social video trends, editing techniques, and platform algorithms.
- Work with other editors and creatives to ensure brand consistency across all video content.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional design experience, preferably in an agency or content studio environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma (required). Photoshop and Illustrator are a plus.
- Proven experience in motion graphics, video, and static design.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and native video formats.
- Experience creating branded content and product-focused videos.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling, trends, and emerging formats.
- Strong portfolio showcasing video content, especially social-first campaigns and ecommerce/DTC brands.
- Familiarity with vertical video production and mobile editing apps (e.g., CapCut).
- Understanding of performance marketing metrics and how creative impacts campaign results.
Benefits
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday (EST hours).
- Salary: 2,500 - 2,800 USD Monthly.
- Location: 100% remote, open to candidates based in LATAM.
- Contract: Independent Contractor.
