People Operations Associate

About the Role: Metabase is the easiest way for people to get insights from their data. We are a globally remote, async-first company looking for a People Operations Associate to sit at the center of how our team runs. You will support both People Ops and recruiting, keeping hiring moving and ensuring day-to-day execution is thoughtful and high quality.

What You'll Do

• Support and coordinate interview scheduling across time zones for a smooth candidate experience.
• Maintain ATS data, job postings, candidate pipelines, and overall recruiting system quality.
• Contribute to onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and departing team members.
• Maintain accurate People data and documentation across systems, ensuring consistency and reliability.
• Support planning and execution of company offsites and team gatherings.
