Our platform simplifies the financial lifecycle of communities, providing a frictionless digital experience that modernizes accounts receivable and accounts payable execution across thousands of properties nationwide.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly systematic, client-centric, and data-driven Payments Enablement Consultant to join our core financial implementation and software onboarding vertical under a permanent, full-time remote layout open across the United States. In this business-critical client adoption seat, you will serve as a trusted advisor, guiding new and existing clients through a seamless transition to automated electronic financial processes. Shifting completely away from routine non-regulated data transcription data entry loops, generic visual website front-end template styling, or abstract marketing essay compositions, you will direct an active merchant enablement, transactional penetration reporting, and workflow onboarding laboratory. Partnering face-to-face with Software Onboarding Managers and embedded payment specialists, you will accelerate clients toward their first transactions and maximize digital payment volume. This position requires an implementation authority with 2+ years of payments history who guides user workflows fluidly natively using Sales Representative and client activation frameworks, possesses a strong understanding of accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) parameters, troubleshoots onboarding bottlenecks, and delivers comprehensive transition roadmaps to Customer Success units.

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Payments Onboarding Governance: Formulate, coordinate, and execute the implementation journey for corporate clients adopting digital payment products, ensuring high transaction velocities natively utilizing Sales Representative consultative methods.
  • AR/AP Workflow Synchronization: Educate and train clients on effective payment software utilization, specifically mapping custom accounts receivable, electronic assessment processing, and vendor accounts payable functions.
  • First Transaction Lifecycle Management: Partner alongside internal onboarding managers and third-party financial institutions to streamline configurations, eliminate processing friction, and accelerate merchants toward active transactions.
  • Post-Live Penetration Auditing: Maintain active, consultative client engagement throughout the critical first 90 days following launch, monitoring transaction metrics via monthly reporting parameters to increase automated transaction adoption.
  • Customer Success Transition Modeling: Gather, analyze, and package baseline payment metrics, providing thorough, data-supported transition blueprints to Customer Success and Technical Support teams.
  • Operational Optimization Controls: Identify and troubleshoot processing issues for established accounts, optimizing transaction flows across their administrative offices to drive continuous adoption.
  • Cross-Functional Project Management: Meet strict operational deadlines outlined by Project Managers, scheduling discovery sessions directly with clients to maintain momentum across the implementation lifecycle.
  • Stakeholder Communication Alignment: Own and enforce clear, transparent communications between corporate clients and internal software squads throughout the restricted onboarding phase.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2+ years of proven, successful professional history operating inside a Payments Implementation Consultant, Merchant Enablement Specialist, Client Onboarding Manager, Account Management Consultant, or matching software customer integration capacity.
  • Expert Financial Workflow Command: Thorough, hands-on production history auditing or configuring corporate accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting pipelines.
  • Demonstrated technical capability analyzing merchant data, identifying process leakage points, and building clear technical transition frameworks independently.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication strengths in English, with an established history guiding non-technical users through multi-step software setups.
  • Highly organized self-starter capable of managing multiple implementation deadlines simultaneously with limited oversight in a remote, fast-paced layout.
  • Mandatory Work Authorization: Uncompromised legal authorization to work permanently within the United States without current or future corporate visa sponsorship paths.
  • Location Context: Position operates under remote guidelines open exclusively to qualified financial technology integration professionals residing permanently within the United States.

Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)

  • Prior experience or direct domain software history executing implementations inside the property management, HOA management, real estate tech, or specialized community accounting sectors.
  • Familiarity with enterprise property accounting software databases or automated billing ledgers.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel up to 5% annually for quarterly corporate team meetings and strategic alignment workshops.

What We Offer

  • Competitive US FinTech Total Compensation Package: An attractive annual total reward range of $55,000 - $65,000 USD, encompassing base salary plus applicable bonuses or performance-tied commissions matching your history.
  • 100% remote workspace infrastructure freedom from your home office setup based anywhere inside the United States, saving daily transit costs.
  • Direct High-Volume Automation Credentials: Unique professional growth milestones achieved by directing the flagship payments adoption rails utilized by thousands of community operators to scale their collections.
  • Comprehensive health preservation benefits, providing high-tier Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage avenues alongside structured continuous career coaching.
  • Access to a collaborative, high-energy company culture built on mutual trust, celebrating bold results, and driving rapid merit-based internal advancement.
