About the Role: At Boost (Crypto Banter), we are at the forefront of bridging innovative crypto projects with dynamic media exposure. As a Partnerships/Business Development Manager, you will lead and manage our future sales pipeline, seeking out, negotiating, and closing new sponsors, partners, KOLs, and affiliates into successful campaign integrations.

What You'll Do

  • Research and identify new market opportunities to establish strong relationships with potential clients and KOLs.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and manage the sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with KOLs and administration teams to align sales efforts and ensure campaign success.
  • Maintain direct communication with sponsors, providing regular updates and detailed campaign reporting.
  • Motivate team members and handle escalated customer issues effectively.

What You Bring

  • Experience in a Web3 digital marketing agency or media house with a strong affinity for the crypto space.
  • Exceptional project management, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to oversee multiple campaigns simultaneously and analyze performance data.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Google Suite.
