Job Description

About the Role: Cribl is the data engine for IT and Security. As the Partner Solutions Engineer, you will be the technical face of Cribl for our strategic partners across your assigned region. You will empower partner presales and consultants to run high-quality discoveries, PoVs, and deployments themselves while owning pre-sales engagements within the commercial territory.

What You'll Do

  • Train and coach Partners on value pillars, use cases, and business cases while providing architecture expertise.
  • Own partner-facing enablement programs and ongoing technical communities.
  • Collaborate closely with Cribl sales, partner managers, and distributors to build repeatable go-to-market patterns.
  • Provide demonstrations and act as the technical authority throughout the sales engagement.
  • Run high-impact discoveries and proof-of-value (PoV) projects to ensure business benefits are understood.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years in Sales Engineering, Professional Services, or Consulting working with cloud and SaaS-based technology.
  • Experience working with Channel Partners, including engagement, enablement, and training.
  • Experience with Logs, Metrics, IT Operations, and/or Security (ideally in observability or SIEM contexts).
  • Strong storytelling and presales skills to translate complex data architectures into simple, value-driven narratives.
  • Note: Willingness to travel up to 40% to customers, partners, and event locations (some international travel required).
