The Role
You will own the campaigns, communications, and partner experience that turn the partner program strategy into partner engagement, activation, and referrals. You will be accountable for how individual campaigns and partner touchpoints perform — onboarding speed, communication engagement, event turnout, and the momentum that builds toward partner-sourced referrals.
Working closely with the Partner Manager, you will own execution and performance of the partner-facing programs — webinars, sponsorships, Fundraiser Focus Week, and partner spotlights — that keep partners active and invested in Bloomerang. You will bring the systems and process expertise that keeps the partner program running cleanly as it scales: managing the partner tech stack and the reporting infrastructure the Partner Manager relies on to make strategic calls.
You should feel like a marketer first — energized by partner engagement, communications, and fast execution — fluent enough with AI to multiply their own output, and comfortable owning campaign-level results, not just delivering on a checklist.
What You Will Do
- Own the performance of partner campaigns and communications — engagement, activation, and response — inside the strategy, using AI tools to draft, produce, and iterate faster and test more variations.
- Build and deploy the partner communication campaigns and automated workflows the Partner Manager designs, across marketing and partner platforms.
- Execute operational logistics for the webinars, virtual events, and partner-focused programs prioritized on the Partner Manager’s calendar, from setup through follow-up.
- Own day-to-day administration of PartnerStack, leveraging AI solutions to automate and scale partner record management, portal updates, workflows, and data integrity — the foundation every partner touchpoint runs on.
- Partner with Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, and the Partner Manager to enhance reporting, systems, and program scalability.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce manual effort, and increase operational efficiency.
What You Need to Succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience.
- 4–6 years of experience in partner marketing, partner programs, program operations, channel marketing, project management, or a related field.
- Experience producing partner or customer communications, campaigns, or lifecycle marketing programs, and comfortable being measured on campaign-level engagement and activation, not just delivery.
- Experience working with partner platforms such as PartnerStack, Impact, Allbound, or similar systems.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Experience with Asana preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.

Bloomerang
View Company ProfileBloomerang is a donor management software built specifically for small to mid-sized nonprofits. While many CRMs focus purely on 'getting the donation,' Bloomerang focuses on 'keeping the donor.' Their system is designed around the principle of Donor Retention. They provide simple tools that help fundraisers track who is engaging with their emails, who is ready to donate again, and who is drifting away. By combining a CRM with email marketing, online giving, and volunteer management, they help nonprofits stop the 'churn and burn' of donors and build lifelong supporters.
